Brought two vans from here, dealt with Gavin who was incredibly helpful and understanding. Both vans were as described and clean throughout. Vicky has been amazing from start to finish. She offered a fair price and then oversaw everything right through to collection. There were one or two hiccups along the way relating to the holiday park and not with UK Caravans Direct and Vicky always found solutions, was infinitely patient and good humoured and reassured me throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have to say that my experience with this company exceeded my expectations. Lance was always reassuring and kept me in the loop the whole way through. I was able to contact Lance on WhatsApp and he always responded, answering any questions I may have. He was always so human about everything and very attentive.
Money was transferred and paid swiftly. Faultless and stress free experience. I can't thank your company enough, and of course Lance . Cannot recommend you highly enough 🙂

We were given a fair price for our caravan from Nathan who communicated well with us. The park where the caravan was located were challenging but we worked together and got the best outcome for both us as swiftly as possible.
